Who am I?
A Creative. A lover. A Mystic. A soul weaver….
Soul-led, warm-hearted.
“Living a soul-led life is feeling deeply aligned with our essential nature – we recognise that we belong in these bodies, and we belong this world.”
Clare Salmon
An accredited Psychotherapist, a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach, a student of tantra, yogi, a woman and a mum! Many roles, yet they don’t fully define who I am.
Like many of us, life has not always felt easy for me. I have spent years in the wilderness, living outside of myself and looking in, wondering how I could feel worthy enough to participate fully in an erotic and fulfilling life. My passion for healing has taught me to see life’s challenges as vital portals on the journey to wholeness.
“You either walk inside your story and own it or you stand outside your story and hustle for your worthiness.”

My mission
I am on a mission to really feel life. For me this is a lifelong practice; I am devoted to a journey of self-actualisation – to reaching my full potential.
Extending this to creating a space for other, I am deeply committed to creating a safe space for people to heal.
Living to our potential means the feeling whole range of human experiences, the joys and the sorrows, the longing and the shame, the hopes and the fears. We can’t ‘pick and choose’ which emotions we experience - they all serve as messengers from our deepest self, the want to speak to us. The challenge for most of us is to listen to those messages and to learn the language of our feeling. Too often we get caught up in trying to change, ignore or deny our experience. We create stories about our feelings, and these stories can leave us feeling stuck and limited, like a broken record on repeat.
I believe emotional freedom comes from learning the language of our feelings and emotions, not in the resistance of them. And sadly, many of us grow up in environments where we are not taught how to feel well, or where are feelings are ignored or ridiculed.
The greatest epiphanies I have had in my personal journey, and often the most profound shifts I have witnessed in my clients, are when we can create a therapeutic space that honours all of us – body, mind and soul. I am deeply committed to creating a safe space for people to heal. This is the feeling space I hold.
A call to service
Psychotherapy as a healing profession called me from an early age. I have always been a seeker, and the art of healing has been something of a lifelong obsession for me. As a girl, I was interested in otherworldly ways of ‘knowing’…gnosis… and I continue to be drawn to the field of mystical wisdom. I am also deeply rooted in the value of evidence and research. My therapeutic approach fuses ancient spiritual practices with contemporary cutting-edge science to support the journey to wholeness.
I have been working as a Clinical Psychotherapist within the NHS and charity sector since 2018 and have amassed thousands of hours supporting people with a whole range of emotional, psychological and chronic long term health conditions issues.
