Professional credentials and approach
A call to service
Psychotherapy as a healing profession called me from an early age. I have always been a seeker, and the art of healing has been something of a lifelong obsession for me. As a girl, I was interested in otherworldly ways of ‘knowing’…gnosis… and I continue to be drawn to the field of mystical wisdom. I am also deeply rooted in the value of evidence and research. My therapeutic approach fuses ancient spiritual practices with contemporary cutting-edge science to support the journey to wholeness.
I have been working as a Clinical Psychotherapist within the NHS and charity sector since 2018 and have amassed thousands of hours supporting people with a whole range of emotional, psychological and chronic long term health conditions issues.
“The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind.”

Theoretical background & qualifications
Professionally trained as a Contemporary Psychotherapist - a modality that recognises the ever-evolving fields of knowledge. I work integratively, blending different modalities, practices and traditions to best support my clients. No two clients are the same, and every journey is unique. I honour this in my work.
I have studied extensively in multiple fields including philosophy, spirituality, social sciences, psychology, neuroscience and communication. I have undertaken clinical research in the phenomena of burnout. I have specialist experience in the fields of trauma, the mind-body connection, embodiment, breathwork, tantric philosophy and mindfulness-based therapy.
In addition to my core profession as a psychotherapist, I have completed trainings in Neuro Linguistic programming, Life coaching, Eco therapy, breathwork, tantra, yoga and meditation.
My passion as a lifelong learning continues. I am currently deepening my training in Taoism and Tantra, a practice of devotion deeply rooted in the wisdom of embodied experience and sensual body.
As part of my own ongoing restoration, I am currently taking 6 months out of clinical practice to travel, to learn and to feel.
‘If you restore balance in your own self, you will be contributing immensely to the healing of the world.’
